Dutch Health Architects and Royal Philips have built a large medical complex in Novokoeznetsk. The Grand Medica Medical Center contains 17 thousand square meters and includes amongst others an outpatient department, a clinic, a department for clinical diagnostics, a department of radiotherapy and five operating rooms. At first, the center is intended for the 1.3 million inhabitants for the city region of Novokoeznetsk. Later it is envisaged to also treat inhabitants from other regions from Siberia. The center will by the end of 2016.
McDonald’s restaurants
The investor behind this project is the company Inrusinvest, which will invest 36 million euros. Owner of the company is businessman Aleksandr Govor, which also owns Neftechimservice, which is building an oil refinery in Kuzbass. A subsidiary of Inrusinvest owns a franchise network of Lukoil gas stations in the oblast Kemerovo, and it also runs some McDonald’s restaurants as franchisee.
